Standard Delivery is 3-5 Days
Express Delivery is 1-2 Days*
Premier Express Delivery is Next Working Day* (excludes weekends, bank holidays).
EU Express (France, Germany, Rep of Ireland Only) is 3-5 working days (Approximately, dependant on country)
EU/Non-EU is 7-10 working days (Approximately, dependant on country)
Rest of World is 10-21 working days (Approximately, dependant on country)
Cut off for Express Delivery is 3pm Monday-Friday.
All items paid for before 3pm will be sent the same working day.
* Express Delivery timeframes to certain Postcodes/Areas including Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands can have an extended Delivery timeframe of 1-2 Working Days
We are happy to accept and refund any Unused items/Goods deemed faulty on inspection from ourselves within 30 days of receipt with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you need a different size/colour please advise this on the return Delivery Note and return the unwanted item using the return information provided. We are only able to exchange items where you request a different size/colour of the same item you initially ordered. Please note, if the size you require in exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund for your item(s).
The exchange service is only applicable to UK residents.
Before contacting us, please check the despatch email we sent which confirms what should have been in the parcel.
If you have tracked your parcel and it shows as delivered but you wish to dispute it, please Contact Us so that we can escalate the matter with the appropriate carrier.
Before contacting us we suggest you check with your neighbours and any safe places around the delivery address. Usually the tracking will have a picture of the delivery location and that can sometimes resolve these issues.
We are sorry your order was cancelled. If any of the items you've ordered are out of stock at the time of packing , we'll cancel them from the order which will trigger a refund back to your method of payment. We will do this as soon as possible Once the cancellation has been confirmed and the refund process started, we expect the refund to be with you within 5 working days. This timescale can vary according to your payment method.
We ship internationally to Most International Countries all over the World. If you are unsure if we deliver to you country please contact us and we will be happy to help.
If you have received a item that is damaged/faulty upon use them please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Unfortunately once an orders is placed we may have already processed the order and passed this over to the carrier so we are unable to cancel the order as it is already in process. There are strict delivery timeframe metrics for order processing that we must adhere to so we process all orders as soon as possible to ensure if shipped to the customer on time. If the item is not wanted on arrival please follow our returns procedure to return the unwanted item (s)
